1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on me77 or by accessing any part of the me77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the me77 platform from time to time. 4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Upon detection, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4.3 Account Security

14. Suspension & Termination

me77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where me77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months (dormancy policy applies);
• me77 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other regulatory or legal obligation;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the me77 platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, me77 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance. Where an account is closed at me77's discretion for reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within thirty (30) days.

Players may voluntarily close their me77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the player to a waiver of pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

15. Amendments to These Terms
